SHIPPING POLICY

All of Sticks + Stones items are shipped via Canada Post. In stock items are shipped within three days of order and made to order items are shipped within ten days.
All of our orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.
All prices listed are in Canadian funds.

SHIPPING IN CANADA: A flat rate by product line

Sticks - $25 per shipment

Stones - $10 per shipment

SHIPPING TO THE USA: By weight

$10 - $40

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INCLUDED THE UNITED KINGDOM: By weight

$25 - $180

* Please note that when shipping outside of Canada, customs and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS

Sticks + Stones has endeavoured to accurately describe and portray all items for sale. However, if upon receipt of an item you decide to return it, you may do so as long as it is returned to us, unused, and with the original packaging within two weeks (14 days) of receipt. Items must be in the exact state as originally shipped to you and include the receipt or proof of purchase along with a return authorization code (RAC).

Before returning an item please alert us by email that it is to be returned and the reasons for the return. A RAC number will be issued to you at that time.

We will inform you once the returned item has arrived and if approved a refund will be applied to your PayPal account. The decision to refund will be decided upon inspection of the returned item.

There will be no refunds on sale items or custom orders.

NOTE: The purchaser is responsible for paying return shipping costs to and from Sticks + Stones.

EXCHANGES

Where possible an exchange can be made providing you have met all of the applicable terms and conditions listed under returns.
