A companion piece to "Into the Green", the two works are part of the "painting with pearls" series. Reflecting the natural world around us. "Lichen" uses the opalescent natural drop pearls to reflect the beauty of forest lichen. They combine with fresh water pearls in shades of green, and the strand is joined to a delicate gold fill chain, finished off with a gold fill lobster clasp. The necklace measures 47cm (18.5") and the "strand" of pearls measures 9cm (3.5").
